We work across movement, recovery, nutrition, and mindset. Not as separate pillars but as an integrated system, adjusted weekly to what your schedule and body actually require.

Executive Reset

For leaders who need to stop the bleeding before they can build.

Some leaders do not need a 12-week program. They need an intervention.

The Executive Reset is a focused 4–6 week intensive for executives in a high-pressure period — a product launch, a leadership transition, a quarter that is already running long. We prioritize ruthlessly and establish the anchors that keep your performance from collapsing under pressure.

This is not optimization. It is stabilization. The work is less comprehensive and more immediate.

What changes:

  • A sleep protocol that actually survives your schedule
  • Stress management tools you can use in the building, not just on the weekend

Before building anything, you need to understand what you are working with.

The Performance Audit is a structured assessment of your current health, habits, and performance across all five pillars of the BIOND system. It produces a written strategy document — what is working, what is costing you, and what to address in what order.

The Audit can be a standalone engagement or the entry point to a Resilience Roadmap or Executive Reset.

What changes:

  • Specific identification of the highest-leverage interventions
  • A written strategy document you own and can act on
