My story
I built BIOND to be the partner I wish I'd had.
I spent years at the intersection of elite athletic performance and executive leadership — as a trainer, a coach, and someone watching high-achieving people run themselves into the ground. The pattern was consistent: intelligent, driven leaders who treated their bodies as an afterthought to their ambitions.
I built BIOND because I believe the opposite is true. Physical resilience is not separate from leadership effectiveness — it is the substrate of it. The leaders I work with who perform at the highest level over the longest period of time are the ones who take recovery, movement, and nutrition as seriously as they take their strategy.
I work with a small number of executives at a time. I do not operate a gym, sell supplements, or run group programs. I work directly with individuals and organizations who are serious about building something that lasts.
